뭘 생각할 필요가 있냐? 이런 일에 머리를 쓸 필요도 없지. 당연한 일을 가지고.

이런 경우에 쓰는 말이 No-brainer 이다.

어저께 Breeders' Cup Classic 이라는 경마대회가 Texas 에서 있었다. Ghostzapper 의 조련사인 Frankel 이 우승후에 한 말이다.

"It's a no-brainer," Frankel said of Ghostzapper. I think this is the best horse in the country by far, and they should give Horse of the Year to the best. I don't think there's any doubt in anybody's mind that he's the best horse in the country right now - by far."

National Public Radio 의 Archive 에 보면 Georgetown 대학의 부유한 집안 출신의 학생들에 관한 이야기에 No-brainer 라는 표현을 쓰고 있다.

I'm the first person in my family to graduate from college. I'm also the first person to go to college. In my four years at Georgetown, I never met anyone else who was in the same position. Many of the students here come from wealthy families. They've attended pricey private high schools, and going to college is a no-brainer.
